conhIT 2013: Healthcare IT Industry Demonstrates its Innovative Drive in Berlin

As Europe's leading industry event for healthcare IT, conhIT - Connecting Healthcare IT fulfilled all the high expectations placed in it. 5,980 trade visitors from more than 40 countries attended conhIT in Berlin, 500 more than last year. From 9 to 11 April, 320 exhibitors from 14 countries displayed their healthcare IT products and services on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.

Secretary of State for Health to join Dame Fiona Caldicott at HC2013

Rt Hon Jeremy Hunt, Secretary of State for Health will be joining Dame Fiona Caldicott to address delegates attending HC2013, the leading health IT event for the UK. Dame Fiona will be launching her long-awaited Caldicott Review report, which will be making recommendations on the balance between protecting and sharing information across the health and social care services in order to improve people's care.
