Microsoft's third annual eHealth event will headline Commissioner Dalli, Members of the European Parliament, US Government and members of DG Information Society and Industry and Enterprise to discuss the role of ICT in the future of healthcare in Europe addressing the challenges and benefits of moving towards a digitized health system, success stories of health innovation and technology, and developing solutions together to better our healthcare system. The event will bring perspectives from around 80 thought-leaders in the European medical and technology community, including health organizations involved in innovative telemedicine projects, European policy experts and policymakers. Discussions of the day will cover panels on the "Future of Care Delivery," "Health Cloud Session," and "Health Collaboration."

In the evening, there will be a transatlantic debate between Brussels and Washington D.C. to discuss the launch of a "Better Health Manifesto" in the framework of the EU-US Memorandum of Understanding on the "Cooperation Surrounding Health Related Information and Communication Technologies."
