The European Telemedicine Conference 2015 & Young Innovators Competition

This year the European Telemedicine Conference (ETC) 2015 is part of WHINN - Week of Health and INNovation. It will combine the efforts of several leading European Healthcare Organisations into one powerful event included into a unique week of health and innovation. The conference will collaborate with prominent healthcare delivery organisations, governmental leaders, clinicians, researchers and university faculties to address and discuss the latest innovations in telemedicine.

The Young Innovators Competition 2015 (YIC15) is an international contest for young entrepreneurs and start-up companies focusing on new innovative ideas in the field of eHealth and telemedicine. The Competition is part of the European Telemedicine Conference.

How can you participate?

  • You send an application where you describe your innovative solution.
  • Deadline: September 1st.
  • The Young Innovators Competition Committee will evaluate the applications and select the best three who will be invited to the ETC on Oct 21st to pitch their idea.
  • If selected, you or your group will travel to Denmark and pitch your idea (Each selected group will get 400€ for travel and hotel expenses). After the pitches in Denmark, the YIC jury will evaluate the three pitches and select 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
