First DataBank Will Demo New Point of Care Decision Support Tool

First DataBankFirst DataBank is the UK's leading provider of electronic medicines information and drug databases and will provide live demos of its newly introduced FIRSTLight clinical decision support tool at WoHIT 2011, booth 813.

FIRSTLight delivers immediate access to UK-specific drug information at any point within the clinical workflow. Easy to use and accessible via web or on the move iPhone and iPad apps FIRSTLight offers point of care decision support to clinicians, ward based pharmacists and nurses including:

  • How, when and when not to use a medication
  • Tests, measures and observations required while using a medication
  • Reproduction, pregnancy and breastfeeding advice
