New Hospital Customers Represent 103% Growth for FairWarning® in 2011

FairWarning, Inc., the inventor and world's leading supplier of cross-platform healthcare privacy auditing solutions for Electronic Health Records, announced important year-to-date milestones. FairWarning® now protects patient privacy in over 800 hospitals and 2,500 clinics across the UK, the United States, Canada and France, which represents 103% growth in hospital customers over the same time period in 2010.

In the UK, NHS Scotland selected FairWarning® for every board throughout Scotland as well as privacy protection for the country's Health Information Exchange and Emergency Care Summary. In addition, FairWarning® has just announced that HCA International, London's No. 1 private hospital group caring for around 300,000 patients per year, has selected FairWarning® Privacy Breach Detection to enhance their patients' privacy. FairWarning® also acquired its first privacy breach detection customer in France.

Of significance, FairWarning® conducted and introduced to the media four country-wide Patient Privacy Outcomes surveys in the United Kingdom, the United States, France and Canada.

Driven by these successes, FairWarning® is planning to hire 70 new team members through 2012.

"FairWarning®'s mission has always been to provide healthcare providers with a tried and true privacy breach detection and prevention solution that ensures the uninterrupted growth of electronic health records. Our continued success and growth is attributable to the growing number of healthcare providers who are committed to ensuring greater patient privacy protections, and effectiveness and efficiencies in patient care," said Kurt Long, CEO of FairWarning®.

"Care providers deploying the technology and business processes associated with FairWarning® privacy breach detection and prevention are leaders in privacy and leaders in patient care," concluded Long.
