Senior Digital and Innovation Manager

Location: Cambridge, United Kingdom
Job Type: Full-Time
Employer: Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team with a large portfolio of responsibilities. The Senior Digital and Innovation Manager has a crucial role in supporting the delivery of several strategically important digital workstream components across the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP).

The post holder will actively maintain a detailed overview of the programme, coordinate the programme’s projects, manage inter dependencies and ensure realisation of projected benefits.

An expert facilitator of change, the Senior Digital and Innovation Manager will play a key role in identifying risks and issues and operate as a skilled negotiator and ‘unblocker’ to drive progress towards delivery. You will be responsive to the changing needs of the health and care system. The role is crucial for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum. A track record and advanced knowledge and understanding of how to apply programme management methodology is essential along with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Working in close partnership with colleagues across the Health and Social Care system including clinical, digital, finance and operational leaders will be imperative to develop system strategies and service design. This will also require the ability to engage with system partners in the co-production of digital projects that improve care for patients and offer better value for money.
