The opening session of this year's Med-e-Tel conference program will feature representatives of some of the following organizations: International Society for Telemedicine & eHealth (ISfTeH), World Health Organization (WHO), International Telecommunication Union (ITU), International Council of Nurses (ICN), International Association of CyberTherapy & Rehabilitation (IACR), European Commission, European Health Telematics Association (EHTEL), Russian Telemedicine Association, Rockefeller Foundation, Ministries of Health, as well as some industry leaders. Final arrangements are being made and details will be announced shortly.

The Med-e-Tel conference program will also present additional workshops and sessions on themes such as:
