Beverley Bryant to Take Up Leadership Role at the System C & Graphnet Care Alliance

System CDirector of digital transformation at NHS Digital, Beverley Bryant, has been appointed chief operating officer of the System C & Graphnet Care Alliance. She will be starting her new job on 1 August 2017. Beverley will be working closely with Ian Denley and Markus Bolton across many areas of the System C and Graphnet businesses including strategy, delivery and business development. She will be joining the boards of both companies.

System C and Graphnet are closely-related UK IT companies which work together in a strategic alliance. They share key directors, a long track record of developing and deploying solutions designed specifically for the UK health and care system, and a strong ethical commitment to better care.

Beverley has a wealth of experience to add to the System C and Graphnet teams. Her responsibilities in the NHS included negotiating the spending review settlement to deliver the NHS and social care digital strategy, heading the NHS E-Referral Service and the Patient Online programme, and co-developing the strategy 'Personalised Health and Care 2020'.

Beverley is also founding ambassador of the global network for women in IT, 'One HealthTech', and was awarded Digital Leader of the Year 2017 in the Women in IT national awards. Previously, she has worked in the private sector (managing director of Capita Health), in the NHS (director of performance at NHS Leeds and business development director at Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust) and as CIO at the Department of Health.
