National projects have an important role in improving quality and efficiency of lifecare services. Tieto is extremely enthusiastic about contributing the projects it is involved:

  • Sweden: The National Patient Overview project
  • Finland: Tieto participates actively in the National Healthcare project (KanTa) being one of the first companies to deliver ePrescription solution, and in the National Social welfare IT project Tikesos. The company also became as a shareholder in the Finnish Strategic leading expertise centre (T&H SHOK) for healthcare and welfare sectors.
  • Norway: The National projects to integrate solutions countrywide and between organizations.
  • Germany: Tieto participate several national projects like e.g. Gematik - Telematic Infrastructure in Germany, Electronic Case Record, eBusiness Platform for Healthcare and the Electronic patient record with electronic signature for a doctors' network.
  • The Netherlands: National Electronic Health Record, National Health databases, and also Gynaecologists and Paediatricians databases.
