The annual Hot 100 league table ranks growth in sales over the last four years across all industry sectors from plumbing suppliers, to online fashion stores and car dealers. To qualify, the latest accounts needed to show sales of more than £5m and be profitable. With sales having increased from £1.6m to £8m over the past four years, CSW has grown by an impressive 71.1% annually.
Grant Berry, UK regional managing director at LDC, the private equity firm which sponsors the survey described the success of the Hot 100 companies, "To be growing profitably when the market is so competitive is a testament to the determination of the country's entrepreneurs."
