Top Training Quality Award Given to CSW

CSW Group LtdCSW's Knowledge Transfer training team (KTT) has been awarded accreditation by the Institute of IT Training (IITT). The company became an accredited training provider after their first assessment, with no non conformances against the IITT strict code of quality of training excellence. This places CSW alongside the top IT training providers in the UK, including Oracle, Unisys, RM and Business Objects.

The Institute of IT Training is dedicated to increasing IT skills within today's workforce and promoting the importance of those skills at the highest business and government levels. Accreditation represents independent recognition by the industry's foremost professional body on the quality of training processes and the knowledge and skills of the trainers themselves. As an IITT-accredited NHS supplier CSW now delivers training services backed by independent quality assurance.

The IITT report summary stated, "CSW is applauded for its commitment to quality, its receptiveness to new ideas and the desire to continuously improve in a commercially sensitive manner."

Mark Stone, Knowledge Transfer Team Leader at CSW, added, "The accreditation is recognition of CSW's professionalism, quality and customer focus. It's really important to us that we keep improving the quality of our training services to support the delivery of our Case Notes and KMS products and we are already working towards achieving Gold status."
