UPMC Holds 2nd Annual International Telemedicine Symposium

6 - 8 June 2012, Brussels, Belgium.
Medical experts and technologists from around the world will discuss the rapidly changing field of telemedicine, or eHealth, and examine best practices in applying this technology to improve both access to and the quality of patient care. The theme of this year's conference, which will assess both the clinical and financial aspects of telemedicine, is "A Glocal Approach to eHealth" Topics include lessons learned by the military, the future of remote monitoring, and expanding telehealth in emerging markets.
