mHealth Summit Europe 2015 and eHealth Week Join Forces

mHealth Summit Europe11 - 12 May 2015, Riga, Latvia.
The mHealth Summit Europe will be back in 2015 as a part of eHealth Week in Riga, Latvia. The Summit will be opening eHealth Week like no other event, providing international thought leadership on how we can fulfil the mHealth promise with a focus on "Revitalizing the mHealth Agenda in Europe". The event addresses opportunities and challenges, as well as strategies for taking mHealth from pilots to true implementation. Some preliminary programme topics include:
  • mHealth and Big Data - how can we unite all patient data to accomplish personalized care?
  • mHealth in Europe - one size does not fit all?
  • mHealth and mobility inside hospitals - how to deal with the ghost released from the bottle?
  • Pharma and Life Sciences - is the industry missing the mHealth train?
  • Data safety - still an unsolved issue or an excuse to prevent mHealth implementation?
  • Who apart from patients have interest in using mHealth? Who should be driving and paying for mHealth?

This year, the second annual mHealth Summit Europe is taking place as part of eHealth Week, Europe's largest pan-European conference: an all-encompassing event focusing on leadership and the continuum of care - healthcare from the home to the hospital. It is now more relevant than ever to bring these two events together, reflecting that mHealth and eHealth will be coming together in the near future. It is becoming a reality that as the Health IT market develops, mHealth will become an essential part of eHealth and they will both come hand in hand. This represents a unique opportunity to learn about the latest advances in health IT and how mHealth fits into the bigger picture.

This year, eHealth Week 2015 has planned many different ways for mHealth Summit attendees to connect before and during the conference. It's more than meeting people, it's meeting the right people for knowledge sharing, best practices, career connections and socializing.

eHealth Week 2015 is offering all mHealth attendees the chance to attend our match making event taking place on 12 and 13 May, with the aim of encouraging collaboration and generating meaningful global business opportunities between European and US companies, health providers and other stakeholders.
