Schliersee Annual Kickstart / eHealth Summit 2015

26 - 27 January 2015, Schliersee, Germany.
Invitations are out for the Eighth Annual Conference of the Health IT sector - the Schliersee Annual Kickstart / eHealth summit, organized by eHealthOpen Ltd., welcoming representatives from hospitals and from IT manufacturers, consultants, researchers, and everybody else with an interest in eHealth und Health IT. From 2015, simultaneous interpreting will be available for the convenience of international delegates.

"Top speakers, opinion leaders, and hospital representatives will meet again for this focused dialogue at idyllic Schliersee Lake in the Alps near Munich/Bavaria. From 2015, German-English interpreting will enhance the conference experience of non-German speaking attendees," says host Heino Kuhlemann.

The agenda includes highly renowned speakers from hospitals and Switzerland; major contributions from other countries are currently under negotiation. Topics will focus on current IT strategies and IT projects. Experts from key organizations will give talks on the application of IHE architectures, on the planned telematics infrastructure in Germany (gematik), on business models in clinical research (Bayer), on care management by German health insurers (Barmer GEK) and the role of IT in these contexts, on mobile apps in care as well as IT supported methods in patient management. Workshops on IHE and user groups are available to choose from on day 2. A highly attractive evening and social programme rounds off the agenda, allowing delegates to exchange know-how, expertise, and ideas.
