Pass the patient Conference and Exhibition

Lakeside Conference Centre, Aston University, Birmingham, UK

A series of keynote presenters, case histories and practical sessions will

  • discuss and review clinical pathways and information flows to provide truly joined-up, patient-centred care,
  • examine realistic solutions from healthcare providers that are successfully using ICT to integrate and produce effective and timely electronic discharge summaries.
