Phil Moore has joined Clinical Solutions as Business Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in the health and local government arena. Phil will be responsible for new business development and market opportunities across London, the South East and East of England.

Phil Moore is a Certified IBM eBusiness Solution Advisor and has experience of sales methodologies such as TAS, Miller Heiman, Solution Sales and Signature Sales (IBM proprietary methodology).
