iSOFT Wins $14 Million New Business in Europe

iSOFTiSOFT, an IBA Health Group company (ASX: IBA) announced that it has secured new business together with renewal of contracts worth AS$14 million in the UK and central Europe over the past month. iSOFT Northern Europe has had a record month of new orders worth AS$5 million (€3.1 million), while iSOFT UK and Ireland has agreed contract extensions worth AS$9 million (£4.22 million) for ongoing maintenance and support.

New orders for iSOFT Northern Europe included six contracts in Germany for hospital information systems. The company also won four orders for radiology information systems with three hospitals in Germany and with Euromedic in Switzerland for three of its diagnostic centres.

Four contracts for laboratory information systems were also secured with three hospitals in Germany and Gemotest in Russia.

Albertinen Gruppe in Hamburg has agreed a contract for iSOFT's Professional Planner for intelligent financial planning across three sites.

In the UK and Ireland, Harrogate Healthcare NHS Trust and South Tyneside Healthcare NHS Trust have agreed five year licence and support contracts for iSOFT patient management systems and the Southern Health Board in Ireland and St George's Healthcare NHS Trust in London have renewed support agreements for iSOFT laboratory information systems.
